IGEL OS Unified Communication (UCC) Configuration Guide

The purpose of this document is to explain the configuration of Unified Communication (UCC) solutions which are included in IGEL OS.

Every section of the document (Citrix, VMware Horizon and WVD) contains the configuration for the endpoint with IGEL OS (Configuration with use of the IGEL Universal Management Suite - UMS) and the configuration for the VDI infrastructure.

At the end of some of the sections you will find also result from my tests.

The document was written based on IGEL Advanced Services Best Practices but only represents my personal experience and tests. The use of the document will be done on your own risks and without support from IGEL Technology.
